What is it about Presbyterians and ice cream?
Mowrystown Presbyterian has been the epicenter of an annual community event – food and hundreds (yes, you read the correctly – hundreds) of gallons of ice cream. Five unique flavors.
Yes, and a meal and a spread of home-made treats too.
All for free, with love donations accepted.
The place was packed. Smiles were everywhere. Friendships were made. Connections were strengthened. Help was offered. Love was given. Community was formed, beautifully, and sweetly.
And ice cream was consumed.
